My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and had ample storage space, but the separate apartment style was a bit inconvenient, especially during heavy rain. The bed was incredibly relaxing, which was a definite highlight. The service was excellent, with staff being very pleasant and always available for help. The location was convenient, close to tram stops and neighboring well-known hotels, though being woken up by trams early in the morning was bothersome. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with the breakfast being a bit expensive and noisy on certain floors, yet offering a diverse range of options including fresh fruits and hot eggs. Overall, a good stay with brilliant reception staff.
